Welcome! - Daedalus Coaching

I am an Agile Coach - however, like the word "agile" itself, this title can mean many things to many people! So let me share a little more about my views.

For me, agility is not processes and practices - it's the learning mindset that recognizes that in the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments in which we live, work, and do business, it is our ability to respond to change that ultimately determines our future.

For Organisations

From one perspective, I work for organizations looking to truly release/harness the creativity and passion of the people that work for them, to deliver real value to their customers.

For Teams

From another, I work with groups, helping them come together as collaborative teams to explore opportunities and overcome the challenges they face in reaching their goal.

For Individuals

From an individual's perspective, I work with the people on the teams, to support them in overcoming their challenges, meeting their own goals, growing their skills and careers, and, ultimately, helping them to find their intrinsic purpose in their working lives.
